Ministries at Maranatha

Besides our weekly services, Maranatha also hosts several activities and events each year - Hay Ride, Camp Fire, Pig Roast, to name a few.  We want to provide an atmosphere that encourages fellowship and promotes friendship.

Fellowship & Friendship - It's not limited only to services and activities at the church - it can happen in a private home, over the phone, or with a simple, "How you doing today?" text!  It can even happen on a volleyball court after a Sunday evening service.  A unique benefit to being part of Maranatha Baptist Church is that our people routinely seek to fellowship together regularly outside of scheduled church services and events.

One of our main goals is to foster an atmosphere where individuals can grow spiritually and glorify God through their lives. It is much easier when you walk that path with a friend! We firmly believe in meeting together frequently in order to "provoke one another unto love and good works" (Hebrews 10:24-25).
"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved." ~Acts 2:42, 46-47
