SUNDAY SCHOOL -
Sunday School isn't just for Kids! It's for
anyone who wants to study the Bible in a
structured, but less formal small group
atmosphere. Questions and discussions are
encouraged as our teachers work hard to
develop in their students an appreciation
for God's Word.
Ø
We
take a systematic approach to Bible
Study so that our students experience in
depth Bible Study over a wide range of
Books and topics. Normally, by the time
a child is finished with 6th grade, they
have been all the way through the Bible.
Ø
Every
class has, at least, 2 teachers who are
well trained and capable of ministering
to the needs of their students.
Ø
MBC
offers classes for every age group –
from 3 years old up through adults.
PREACHING/MUSIC/WORSHIP - If you're
looking for a show, you won't find it at
MBC. But, what you find at Maranatha will
bless your heart and encourage you in the
Lord.
Ø
Uplifting traditional services
that focus on Christ-honoring worship.
Ø
Solid, practical preaching from
God's Word in a clear and understandable
way.
Ø
Quality music and fresh
congregational singing that refreshes
the spirit and honors the Lord.
In every service the Word
of God is preached because, in it, we have
"all that pertains to life and godliness"
and through it, Christians can be "throughly
furnished unto all good works".
PRAYER - The early church in Acts
"continued stedfastly in … prayers", and so,
following their example, MBC has Wednesday
Evening Prayer Meetings along with a
special, once-a-month prayer meeting after
communion. These services provide a
time for you to get away from the heavy
cares of life and unite with other believers
to cast your burdens on the Lord.
CHILDREN'S
MINISTRIES -
Patch-the-Pirate
Club - Patch Club is an exciting
children's ministry that meets every
Wednesday evening at 7:30. The Program is
for children ages 4 through 12.
Each month our staff
introduces your child to a different
character trait and then uses real life
stories, fun songs, Bible lessons, and
exciting activities to teach that godly
trait to your child.

These are essential ingredients for a
thriving youth ministry. Whether at the
Wednesday Evening Youth Meetings or during
Sunday School or on a Youth Activity, our
Teens receive all the special care and
attention they need in order to grow in
Christ and become all that God wants them to
be.

FELLOWSHIP -

development of friendships. We sponsor special activities in order
to help promote strong friendships.

On Mother's Day we served a delicious Brunch right after the morning service.

|
It was a great way to keep moms out of the kitchen without having to fight the restrauant crowds on Mother's Day.

|
|
|
|
Moms were able to enjoy great food, good company, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Half the fun was serving.

Our kitchen help was more than equal to the task. They went the extra mile to make sure our moms had a great Mother's Day.
